PowerPuff Girls 2014

Wasn't it supposed to come out this past September?

Oh and excited! :D

AWWWRIIIGHT... more PPG's and missin' that MojoJojo...

I actually wanted a series where they start to grow up, like be between 5th and 8th grade.

AAUUGGHH... just found out it's NOT a new series, but just a one-night special... DAMNS... I WANT MORE PPG'S THAN THAT...

It's probably a special to test the waters of the audience. If the ratings are good, then a new series should start. That's what happened with Young Justice...before being prematurely cancelled. Woo-hoo, can't wait.

Did the show get toned down after the movie, or was it just me?

I remember seeing the art months ago. Didn't know the animation was going to be like this. Not really feeling the style or animation.

I don't like the new look or lack of McCracken involvement.

Not just any director can jump in and recapture the magic of PPG.

and the redesigns...

The art style is hideous.

The special is great. The writing and voice work are just as good as they were in the original series. The animation is great and more lively than before. The new designs are easy to accept because it's the same show at its core. I'd say the Professor and Mojo Jojo never looked better. I like the new PPG. Here's to a series.

I thought I would hate the new animation, but it's actually some great stuff.

DAMN, I MISSED IT!... totally forgot about it... grrrrrrrrr...

While I like the animation a lot, this was absolutely horrible. It's strange because the team that did this special was under McCracken, but it seems just like with Dexter's Lab, this will turn out to be crap.

I hope I'm wrong though.

I quite enjoyed the special. It was so amazing to hear Tom Kenny, Roger L. Jackson, Tara Strong, and the rest of the original cast back in their roles and I surprisingly dug the animation.

finally got around to seeing it today... yeah, I liked it... it was good to hear the entire original voices again and it was great seeing the new-look girls and the supporting cast back again after so many years... hopin' a new series is in the works...
