can someone tell me if he uses all his powers in this movie and how they are used?

After watching smallville i saw the clip of him using his super hearing and the sound of how he hears things is different then in smallville.

hAs anyone seen clips of him using xray, or super speed, or heat vision, or cold breath?

Im most interested in superspeed cause i know in smallville when he does it its in bullet time alot. is this the case in superman returns?
