Professor Achilles Milo

Anyone finds this villiain to be underrated? he's the Moe Howard lookalike evil scientist and it was cool when Treat Williams provided his voice on TAS.

I first saw Prof. Milo in BATMAN #326-327.
At the time I thought he was a regular serial villian but he hasn't appeared much since then.

Enjoyed his brief but memberable appearance on Batman: The Brave and The Bold.
