question about avatars and signatures...

hey! I'm new here and I can't seem to figure out how to add an avatar or signature. would i be able to? if anyone can help let me know! thanks in advance!!!!

Many things on this board, function off of the users Primary Group.
Groups and their permissions are as follows:

Registered Users
Users in this groups have between 0 and 99 posts.

* Cannot use Custom Titles
* Cannot use Signatures
* Can Download Attachments
* Cannot upload Attachments
* Cannot upload Avatars
* Has a PM Mailbox limit of 50 Messages

Advanced User-Level 1
Users are in this group when they have between 100 and 199 posts.

* Cannot use Custom Titles
* Can use Signatures
* Can Download Attachments
* Cannot upload Attachments
* Cannot upload Avatars
* Has a PM Mailbox limit of 75 Messages

Advanced User-Level 2
Users are in this group when they have between 200 and 299 posts.

* Can use Custom Titles
* Can use Signatures
* Can Download Attachments
* Cannot upload Attachments
* Cannot upload Avatars
* Has a PM Mailbox limit of 100 Messages

Advanced User-Level 3
Users are in this group when they have between 300 and 999 posts.

* Can use Custom Titles
* Can use Signatures
* Can Download Attachments
* Cannot upload Attachments
* Can upload Avatars
* Can have Avatars with a 50 x 50 dimensions
* Can have an Avatar that is 20KB large

* Has a PM Mailbox limit of 200 Messages
* Can have Avatars with a 75 x 75 dimensions
* Can have an Avatar that is 46KB large (default for others is 20KB)

Advanced User-Level 6
Users are in this group when they have 6000 posts or more.

* Can use Custom Titles
* Can use Signatures
* Can Download Attachments
* Can upload Attachments
* Can upload Avatars
* Has a PM Mailbox limit of 200 Messages
* Can have Avatars with a 100 x 100 dimensions
* Can have an Avatar that is 80KB large (default for others is 20KB)
