Is there a way I can change my account to director with out having to make a new account?

Manage account --> Account status ?

I went to manage account before. There's two. One that says "Account Status Community Guidelines" and one that says "Account Status Copyright. And when I click on them they just say "your account is in good standing".

Help.

While logged into your account open the tab with "My videos", "Favorites", "Playlists" and so on. Chose "More..."

Now you should see the option "Edit Channel" among other options. Click it.

"Change channel type" should now be available.
