Supergirl Quiz: What happened where?

To fill up the long hours until Supergirl returns for season two, I thought we might play a little game -- just for fun (no prizes!)

Hopefully this will work technically for everyone. Below are five links to Google Street View locations. Each location was used during the filming of Supergirl season one. All you have to do is to provide the episode name (or names) for the location. Please enclose your answers in spoiler tags, so you don't give away clues to fellow players.

Some locations are easy to recognise, some hard -- how many can you recognise?

Hmm, I should have really decided how to declare a winner in my opening message. How about this...

I'll only declare a winner if someone gets all of the locations correct. (Because I'm evil!) If you want me to IM you privately which one's you got right, say so in your message, but then please don't post another guess after I tell you. If nobody gets all the locations right after a suitable time, I'll post the answers.

Does that sound like a plan?

Edit: oh, and I'll give you a bit of help -- remember, you are allowed to move around and zoom out into the regular map view if that helps you figure out the location.
