I'm a major Star Wars fan, but surprisingly I would get excited about a reboot with that cast. It would be hard seeing Neeson as Vader though given that he's Qui Gon Jin.

It would be interesting to see Citizen Kane if every character was played by Will Smith simultaneously.

I love your choices here. The only think I would change is Jeff Bridge as Obi Wan. He's too great of a legend to only feature him for a small scene in one movie. Plus Obi Wan should be older.
