"My Tutor" Gets A Remake

Maltman Entertainment and Crown International Pictures are developing a remake of 1983 raunchy comedy "My Tutor" says Variety.
The original centered on a high school senior who flunks his French final, prompting his parents to hire a (sexy) French tutor to help him pass a make-up exam.
For many a child of the 80's, the film was a memorable entry in the teensploitation genre mostly for its notable amount of nudity. It also was the sole notable leading role of hunk Matt Lattanzi, former husband of Olivia Newton-John.
Steven Kriozere will pen the new version of the screenplay. Shooting is expected to start in October.
