Here's a couple of my things.

Nice work! I think the area you need to work on most are your proportions. I'm looking at Superman's waist in the first pic and Batman's arm in the second. With Superman, I kinda get that you're trying to angle him, but the thin-ness of the waist isn't matching with the thickness of his legs. On Batman, remember the upper arm is the same length as the lower arm and you should be good.

Overall, your stuff only needs very minimal changes to really boost it. Your sense of color is isn't bad, and you have a good sense of composition (which is probably the moost important part of drawing). I think your biggest strength is your linework, which may prove to be a preferred taste. While I'd bet some might say it's sloppy, I love that it has a rougher, almost charcoal or pencil look to it. I think if you used more washed out colors and some texture on your pics, it would give them even more edge.

Check out some of Lee Bermejo's stuff, both painted and traditionally inked, and you'll see what might be a good direction to take your images.
