Rorschachsjournal.com is apparently a website put up by WB. The page shows the Rorschach symbol accompanied by a ticking clock and morse code at the bottom.

The first bit of morse code was:

Which means:

It then changed to:

Which means:
"Kitty Genovese Was The Start..."

Later:

Which means:
"SAW GREBERID AND YZJEPCSKU 40.754950-073.988058 AN AFFAIR PERHAPS?"
Those numbers are the latitude and longitude of the corner of 40th and 7th in NYC, which is exactly where Rorschach saw Dreiberg and Juspeczyk coming out of a diner in the fifth chapter.

At the moment, the morse code on the page is:

Meaning:
