ok, so i got this software to help me burn my movies that are on my HD. i load in the disc. did the instructions on loading it in to my applications and anytime i go to open it... it will look like its going to open up......then it stops.
i have a mac and ive never had a problem like this. ive sent in an email to roxio help line but its taking for ever to hear back from them. does anyone know what im doing wrong or is it just a bad copy of software.
i installed it once, then un installed, then re installed and still got the same results
