From the producers of Little Miss Sunshine – When an unusual classified ad inspires three cynical Seattle magazine employees to look for the story behind it, they discover a mysterious eccentric named Kenneth, a likable but paranoid supermarket clerk, who believes hes solved the riddle of time travel and intends to depart again soon. Together, they embark on a hilarious, smart, and unexpectedly heartfelt journey that reveals how far believing can take you.
Official Trailer

That trailer makes it look like a real cute film. And, not gonna lie, Aubrey gives me a *****.

Katie Aselton is a hot, along with Aubrey!

Absolutely!

Watching this trailer, I think Aubrey is probably the only actress on earth who could make the action of putting a can of soup on a grocery store shelf sexy, awkward and hilarious at the same time.

What I like about Aubrey too, is that she's from a normal background. From a middle-class family. It's rare to see that in Hollywood.

As much as I like Rooney Mara, her dad works for the Giants and is super rich. Samething with Armie Hammer. It shouldn't matter but I always can always appreciate hard work and talent from people that I can relate to. That includes Bill Hader.

Totally agree, man. As someone with a middle-class background who tried to make it as an actor (and didn't, ultimately), I think it's awesome whenever someone of modest upbringings manages to hit the big time. Actors like Mara and Hammer are talented as well, but they were always going to be successful, or at the very least, live comfortably. Trying to make it as an actor on stage, in indie films, doing stand-up and improv... is often exhausting work that also regularly requires you to have another (or multiple other jobs). Most people either give up, or find their niche doing something else (as I did).

Is this the Doctor Who movie?

:oldrazz:

Whoa, now... :o

There needs to be more buzz around this movie. It's definitely one my most anticipated movies of the summer.

COME ON, PEOPLE! GET EXCITED! THERE'S TIME TRAVEL AND A HOT GIRL! WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?!

Well it's an indie flick and usually smaller movies don't get buzz till the release anyway.

I though the movie was going to be a wacky time travel movie but either way looks good.

I cannot wait for this. Mark Duplass is doing some great work these days, and I'll watch Aubrey do anything.

Really looking forward to this after the trailer. Can imagine it being in my top ten of the year cause it seems like my kind of film :)

Yeah, this movie seems to be a clever blend of geek culture and the indie self-discovery/romance genre. I could be way off-base on that, but that's what I gather from the trailer, and I totally dig that.

Plus, it seems like the actors are playing against typecast a bit, which is also cool; several of them are known for certain roles and they seem to either be doing the opposite here or at least venturing into new territory.

- Duplass seems to be playing the free-spirit/dreamer type; a contrast to his arrogant A-hole character on The League.

- Plaza appears to start the movie out in her deadpan persona (which makes sense since the screenwriter apparently based the character on her) but she clearly opens up and softens her exterior.

- Johnson looks like he's playing the cocky *****e type; a contrast to his hypochondriac sap character on New Girl.

I absolutely adore Aubrey Plaza and Jake Johnson is funny so I'm super-excited about this.
