I think both the student and the driver are at fault. The student shouldn't have been a smart ass to the driver and just listened to what she had to say. The driver on the other hand should have just let her go. The bus driver should have known that there was a camera on the bus. If the student gets off without permission, then the student will get in trouble. All the driver did was make a scene.
