Scientist: Cats think Humans are just big stupid cats.

It makes sense. That's why cats don't usually care when you get home unlike dogs. They just see it as a roommate coming back.

My cat runs to the door squaking everytime I come home

Same here and they are not even my own cats ( it's the neighbor's cats ) but they adopted me, my house, my laps and my food ;)

What do scientists know?! They're just big stupid cats anyway. Pff...

Does anyone try to mimic the little noises cats make? So that your cat thinks your a cat too? usually when they run up the stairs or when they jump off of something they make little verbal sounds. I call them her Yoshi sounds. At least my cat make all sorts of sounds Not sure about other cats. Like when she is sleeping and I come and touch her she lets out a little "MM" sound. Or when she falls to the floor and wants her belly rubbed she lets out a little verbal sound.

Guess this would explain why whenever you go to someone's house who has a cat, there's a look on the cat's face that says "I can't believe I have to live with this *******".

Both cats and dogs are awesome but I do tend to think that, in general, cats are a little more intelligent.

I do and I think all cats "talk" like in the example you gave.

Your cat would eat you in a minute if it suddenly grew larger than you. Your dog would still obey you.

Dogs are better.

Yeah right, the dog will stop seeing you as the alpha and will chew you in a second.
The cat will only be disappointed that its human blanket and provider of food is less comfortable or generous.
I like dogs too btw but cats suit me more, it's a sleeping thing :cwink:

Ferret beats cat

I love kitty noises. Noelle is very chatty cat, and she makes little noises and chatter with everything she does.

Princess, the cat I lost several years ago, used to lay in the window and meow in a way that sounded almost like a song. It was the cutest thing.

I have to tell you, **** like this doesn't help cats' perception of us.

I had a cat who would walk around the house early in the morning and go "hurrow".

Nothing is worse than a cat in heat. Yowl....yowl.....yowl......all ****ing night.

I bought a basket for my bike to put my cat in.

I don't have a dog yet to do this with.

Has anyone had any luck with riding around with a cat in a basket?

I'm not crazy.

Okay, maybe a little odd.

what's shh's policy on posting pictures? I got one of me as a kid with a kitten I had at the time
