The teaser trailer for New Line's Will Ferrell comedy, Semi-Pro, is now online and can be watched here! The teaser also flashes a phone number, which you can call to hear Jackie Moon (Ferrell) talk about what all is included with season tickets.

Opening February 29, the movie also stars Woody Harrelson, André Benjamin, Will Arnett, Jay Phillips, Josh Braaten, Rob Corddry, DeRay Davis, Maura Tierney and Jackie Earle Haley

why wouldn't he? people love them, and they make money. the only one he's made that wasn't great was kicking and screaming, and even that was watchable.

I don't know I thought Blades of Glory was a step up from Talladega Nights, and while the teaser did little for me, the stills we are getting look like that of a GOOD period piece (i.e. Academy Awards for costume, and set designer) of the 70's so I dunno I think we may have another classic here from Farrel, but this is looking like it may be even a step up from Blades

Great, yet another movie being passed off as comedy where instead it's just Will Ferrell being irritating for ninety minutes.

Ferrell is funny in small doses, i.e. sketch comedy. Put him on the screen for too long and it just gets annoying.

I'll pass on this.

Just because the dumb pre-teens love and pay to see his movies 3 times, doesn't mean he is good. He was good, but this stuff is really getting stale. I'm surprised he wasn't in that ping-pong movie

I know because I saw it in front of The Golden Compass yesterday.. It seems a lot like the rest of Will Ferrell comedies, so should be mildly entertaining and worth watching at least once.
