Your gonna want to buy FEAR. It's a great FPS. Where bullet time actually makes sense. Plus it's creepy, and it doesn't feel hackish. Despite the fact that it has the scary 6 yearold from the ring. But I already have the PC version.

For me;

Superman Returns (rent first)
Just cause (maybe, rent first)
COD3 (rent first)

But my game cash is first going towards 3 PC games.
