The ten-part series is exec produced by The Good Fight duo Robert and Michelle King and The Night Of’s Peter Moffat, who also writes. Cranston stars and exec produces.

The Breaking Bad star plays a respected judge whose son is involved in a hit-and-run in New Orleans that leads to a high-stakes game of lies, deceit and impossible choices.

Truth Be Told’s Hunter Doohan plays Cranston’s son, a high school senior who is involved in the hit-and-run accident. Michael Stuhlbarg plays crime boss Jimmy Baxter, while Sofia Black D’Elia, Carmen Ejogo, Isiah Whitlock Jr. and Hope Davis also star.

The American’s Margo Martindale recurs, playing Senator Elizabeth Guthrie, the mother of the deceased wife of Cranston’s Michael Desiato, while Amy Landecker, Lilli Kay, Tony Curran, Keith Machekanyanga, Lamar Johnson and Benjamin Flores, Jr. also feature.

The series is being adapted from the Israeli series Kvodo, created by Ron Ninio and Shlomo Mashiach, produced by Ram Landes and airing on the country’s Yes TV.

Moffat serves as showrunner, executive producer and will write multiple episodes, including the first episode. The series is produced by CBS TV Studios in association with Robert and Michelle King’s King Size Productions. Liz Glotzer (The Good Fight), Alon Aranya and Rob Golenberg (Hostages) of Scripted World and James Degus will also serve as executive producers. Edward Berger (Patrick Melrose) directs the first three episodes.

Solid premier.

I'll definitely keep watching as well. It's just great seeing Bryan Cranston in pretty much anything these days and he's playing a very different character than he played in Breaking Bad which is also interesting.

Word? While I didn't think it got cancelled, I didn't think or heard that it got renewed either. Felt like it was a one-and-done, but cool. I liked this show.

Is it just me or does S2 look very different in style and tone from the first season? It looks a bit more heightened and campy now.

Your Honor Season 2 Teaser Trailer: Bryan Cranston Faces Consequences

Joining Cranston are Michael Stuhlbarg (Call Me By Your Name) as Jimmy Baxter, Hope Davis (For the People) as Gina, Carmen Ejogo (Selma), Isiah Whitlock Jr. (The Wire), and Sofia Black-D’Elia (The Night Of). Guest stars include Amy Landecker (Transparent), Margo Martindale (The Americans), Benjamin Flores Jr., Andrene Ward-Hammond, Jimi Stanton, and Keith Machekanyanga.

“In season two, some will seek salvation in response to the tremendous loss they suffered, while others will seek revenge,” reads the synopsis. “Michael Desiato has lost the will to live and any semblance of the upstanding judge he once was before the death of his son, Adam. But his life is thrown yet again into chaos by the arrival of Olivia Delgado, a laser-focused federal prosecutor determined to bring down a major crime organization. Meanwhile, crime boss Jimmy Baxter is looking to go legit, but a war is brewing at home with his formidable wife, Gina, who has other ideas for the family business. Moreover, daughter Fia Baxter is forced to reckon with the true nature of her family as she deals with the fallout of her boyfriend’s shooting by a bullet that was intended for her brother, Carlo, who is now more determined than ever to follow in his father’s criminal footsteps. Eugene Jones, who mistakenly shot Adam, is on the run. Big Mohas big plans for her empire but little faith in Little Mo’s allegiance. New mayor Charlie Figaro aims to keep the peace among the warring factions, but senses betrayal by an unlikely source. And Michael and his mother-in-law, Elizabeth , uncover the truth about his late wife, Robin’s, murder, while Detective Nancy Costello unearths some startling revelations of her own. The domino effect of Adam’s death threatens everyone, and they will all be pursued by their enemies at every turn. Ultimately, the question remains: How far are you willing to go to protect what matters most to you?”

I'm glad they did that recap because I'd forgotten so much of what happened in Season 1. That convict poker scene- I'm wondering if that's based on anything in reality or if the writers came up with that, because that's some tense stuff right there.

Sofia having a kid is an interesting twist. Curious about that. Also, there's no way that Eugene either doesn't return or someone in town finds out that he's still on the run. No way he just disappears without someone being suspicious.

I had to rewatch the last two episodes of last season before I started and I'm glad I did. I was shocked at how skinny Cranston was. Yikes. That couldn't have been a fun process for the actor. :(
