A little more emphasis on the banter during fights, of course, but some more emphasis on Peter really embracing his alter ego and his resourcefullness in using his scientific knowledge, etc. For example, the little spider-shaped radio transmitters that would always be eventually discovered by the baddy. With the DNA-altered version of Spiderman, we don't see him run out of web-fluid like he often did, forcing him to improvise or retreat.
