The ONLY negative comment I can say about this great comic is that it was the first issue of ASM that didn't feature Spidey standing in the upper left hand corner like he used to. They changed it to that particular pose as shown.

Very special issue for me. This came out when i was about 13 years old or so, and i would run errands for family members and neighbors (mow lawns, rake leaves, walk dogs)...so i could have money for comics and movies...as the storyline was building towards this issue (and grand finale) i remember i was FRANTICALLY looking for work so i wouldnt miss it!

It didnt disappoint.

My favorite part was when The Burglar had a powerless Peter tied up and started beating him...after he leaves, Peter gets furious and bursts free from his bonds....

Very exciting.

ASM #200 is a true classic!

Sweetness...

I had a friend of mine who was buying ASM at the time and he refused to buy this issue because it was 75 cents, as opposed to the 35 cents which a normal issue cost.

My favorite scene was when the knocked-down burglar frantically asks Spider-Man why he would care about him killing some meaningless old man and Pete pulls off his mask while screaming "Because he was MY uncle!!!!".
