Spider-Man live action TV rights. Who owns it?

Disney/Marvel or Sony?

If Disney does own the live action TV rights I assume they wouldn't ever make it because their TV and movies are all connected. Therefore, they couldn't use the Sony licensed MCU Spider-Man and a new Disney TV Spider-Man would muddy the waters.

I read somewhere that there is a 30 minute split where less than 30 mins is Disney- more than 30 mins Sony. But who knows if this is true.
