I think i fixed that problem. I added 6 more categories to the 5 categories currently running, which (according to their site) will add about 1125 more questions. I put a little note at the top of the game alerting everyone to the new categories.

Back when i started the trivia, i originally had the "Marvel & DC" category on there, but people said those questions were too hard, so i eliminated it. I've gone ahead and added that category back as well.

When administrators, such as me, choose which categories they want running on the trivia, it gives a count of how many questions are under each category. I've added those counts to the top of the game as well. Out of the 5 i had running, there were only 473 questions which would rotate. That might be the reason they were repeating. Hopefully the addition of new categories might help -- and might make the trivia a bit more challenging.

I can remove any category at any time, so if the players don't like a particular category, i can simply delete it from rotation. I can also add categories, but only if they are available for the tournaments on that site. For instance, their site has a LOT of Spiderman quizes, but (as you see) they only have 4 spiderman categories listed on the tournament categories to choose from. If you'd like me to search for a key phrase and see if a category is listed, just let me know, and i'll try to add it.

I'm sorry to hear that. Two people said they had seen duplicate questions, so i did what i could do in order to fix it. Instead of leaving so soon, could you give me feedback on which of the categories i chose that you think i should delete? As i said, i can delete any category from the game at any time.

The original 5 Spider-Man categories are still there and running on the game. The only thing i did was added a few more categories. I did not delete any of the Spider-Man categories. I'm not sure if that is what you thought i did. But it wasn't.

I do wish you'd give it another chance to see if the questions are too off-topic for a quiz revolving around the history of Spider-Man. Or i wish you'd give me more of an idea of what categories bother you. All the categories are listed on the game page.

I chose those new categories because they tie in with Spider-Man in some way or another, such as the Xmen, Comic book villians, and Marvel & DC. The Fantastic 4 teamed up with Spidey, so i figured some of the Silver Surfer trivia would tie in nicely as well. I had a reason, based on Spider-Man history, to add each category. If you feel one or more in particular dosn't, then please let me know, and i'll try to remedy the situation as best as i can.

I ran a search for "Fantastic Four", and here is what it gave me to choose from for that search query:

I already added the "Marvel & DC" category, and thats the only one available for that category using that search-string. Sorry!

Good idea though! Give me some more ideas, and i'll see what turns up.

I don't read X-Men and DC (Except Vertigo) so with these two categories I have problems. I read a lot of Marvel stuff but just Spider-Man that I know well enough. And these hard questions so I think with every kind of comics questions we haven't got a lot of chance.
I'd like if you can add more questions to every Spidey categories, or if it isn't possible, you can add categories, like Spectacular Spider-Man, Web of Spider-Man, David Micheline's Spider-Man, Mark Bagley's SM, Ultimate SM, Ben Reilly SM, etc.

Sorry about adding more questions to the game, i was only trying to fix the "repeat" questions problem 2 people on here were complaining about.

Now the game is set back to its original categories.
