I read the Amazing comic where he fights Digger. He was having trouble deciding whether to kill him or not because he was just some sort of zombie creature, but still didn't know if it'd be right to kill him.

Thats true, I forgot about that. He even told him to go back to hell, so he really didnt lose any sleep over Diggers death.
