I can tell you without looking it's bloody stupid.

Watch it! Trust me the first one in particular is spectacularly stupid.

Actually the one on top is a bunch of French guys that do it in the tough suburbs of Paris. There was even a movie by Luc Besson on the subject.

Indeed but it doesn't stop it being stupid. In the U.K. Jerome Ben Aoues produced two films Jump Britain and Jump London about "Urban Free Flow" or "Parkour". The "craze" has almost died out here, along with a number of foolish teens who did not realise his level of training in multi disciplines. It still doesn't stop it being stupid.

nothing heroic about that, so it's more stupid than anything...

well not really stupid, but they are putting themselve under unecessary danger...

they are also stripping the safety factor, i mean look how long it too skateboarders to accept safety gear as part of their general dress makeup, if parkour catches on, it'll take decades before people start doign it with safety gear on.

for every video that makes it onto the net, there are some peeps getting seriously hurt.

a lil irresponsible if you ask me.

if it takes a thousand dead or permanently injured idiots to either make them realize they MUST use protective gear in order to have safer practices or stop altogether, then well... who are we to stop evolution?

darthphere as always a voice of reason in a cloud of insanity

Exactly.

The first one is just stupid. There's no point...and yes, I'm sure some stupid kid will try and do it and wherever they crack their head open will get sued.

The second is just your everyday martial arts showcase. Nothing special there.

I never said I could do any of that, but it's not all that spectacular. I've seen that on TV and at local competitions before. Some way more impressive than that routine. *shrug*

That's what guns are for.
True, sadly in the UK we don't have many armed Police.

3 typical U.K. officers, they are looking for the Panda Car
