Maybe Brown's kids will be like Rocky Wirtz; owner of the Chicago Blackhawks. His father the previous owner was a total idiot, but the son has really turned things around and the Hawks are going in the right direction.
One would hope, as the fans have done a great job of supporting the team thru this period of losing, selling out several games each year.
On the same topic, across town, the Reds who have one of the smallest payrolls in MLB and who have the lowest revenue, have a owner who is committed to winning, bringing in Walt Jocketty who helped build the St. Louis Cardinals who won the world series a couple years ago.
They are spending money on free agents as well as not raising ticket prices this year, which is one of the few teams that is.
Another team, that is a small market team that has a excellent front office and ownership that isn't thought of, is the Columbus Bluejackets, I know they have not been to the playoffs yet, but this season looks promising, with the recent passing of the founding owner John H. McConnell, his son who is just like his dad have run a classy organization with fans first.
