It's definitely an improvement.. Much less cluttered looking. There still seems to be a big gap between the menu and the main page content though. I still think you need to work a bit on actual layout.

I would write a couple of paragraphs worth of intro as well, you don't want the first thing someone sees on your site to be a video from another website!

Yeah i know i keep meaning to add an intro, but where to put it. i was thinking of moving the menu down a little and putting it below the pictures, But i've been told that people dont like to scroll down on websites (even though you have to do that on most sites. Any suggestions?
