Ran by the mall earlier to pick up some stuff, and like most malls in the country they have that one little stand selling those tiny ice cream balls. The chick behind the counter said I could get a free sample, so I hooked up a small cup of one. I had never had any before, but I've seen the place all the time. Man, you thought Baconator was off the chain, I may have to give up original ice cream altogether now. Melt factor is lower than the regular ****, it's cleaner...they converted me. :o

These things aren't natural. They do not melt like regular ice cream... they taste horrible. Stay away and DO NOT ever listen to Terry. He is not human.

You just realized that? It was around when I was young and It was just AWESOME!
But of course, there was rarely a chance when I thirst/hunger for some dippin' dots tho. :(

..the hell is that? Looks like someone took a thrown away ice cream cup, scooped up some small pebbles from a gravel driveway, and stabbed in a plastic spoon for good measure.

Dippin' Dots has been around for like 10 years???

Dippin' Dots have been around since back in the 90s, and they're too overpriced for being mediocre ice cream.

They're actually pretty good. In fact I had a cookie and cream one a few days ago. The graham cracker one was pretty good too.

From a Food Science standpoint, Dippin' Dots are actually better than regular ice cream because they are frozen in liquid nitrogen as opposed to blast chillers. That means that the ice crystals are formed really quickly and really small in the dots than slower and larger crystals in the regular ice cream. So, that results in a better product. I have no idea what the ingredients list are as poorer ingredients give a poorer product but if the worlds best ice cream were made into Dippin' Dots, it would be pretty damn good.

....... you've never had these?

And yes, they're delicious.

Everybody that thinks Dippin' Dots are good... are destined to live ignorant lives wallowing in the shallow end of the mediocrity pool while munching on gimmicky, tasteless balls of yuck with blank smiles on their doll-dead faces.

That's a good one.

i tried a rootbeer float at Dippin Dots like a month ago. they took vanilla flavored pebbles, poored them in a tall cup and poored rootbeer. it was okay...i guess.

Respect doesn't really matter when the truth is the key.

you sound like a fortune from a fortune cookie...no pun intended lol
