MW: They are…

Robert Queen: Oliver’s dad. He’s torn between the responsibilities of being a billionaire CEO and the desire to be a good the father to his young son. We also allude to his connections to Vigil Swann and Lionel Luthor which play out more in an upcoming Smallville-related project that we will have more to say about in the coming months.

She plays a tough girl character on the show, and she plays it well. If I had to pick someone to play a TV Canary, I'd probably go with her.

Well, looks like Hartley landed another pilot. There was a little blurb in THR about it and other new show pilots today:

WBTV's untitled Maggie Friedman drama centers on a young female life coach. Hartley ("Smallville") will play her roommate.

Difficult, but not impossible. They could make it work if they really, REALLY wanted to. But I doubt there will be that much of a need since the character pretty much served his purpose.

LOL! He was cool, but overemphasized (IMHO) both in plot as well as advertising. Got to a point where it seemed like it was Oliver this, and Green Arrow that. Meh. Here's your hat, what's your hurry? LOLOL. Buffy alum James Marsters didn't have anywhere NEAR the kind of push they levied on good ole Mr. Hartley, but Marsters wasn't the star of a G&M failed pilot series either.

Anyhoo...
