Shot during Fishbowl Bluegill, this is an image of an explosion of a 400 kiloton nuclear bomb taking place in the atmosphere, 30 miles above the Pacific, as viewed from above, in October 1962.

"Rope tricks" are seen in this image of a nuclear explosion taken less than one millisecond after detonation. During operation Tumbler-Snapper in 1952, this nuclear test device was suspended 300 feet above the Nevada desert floor, and anchored by mooring cables. As the ball of plasma expanded, the radiating energy superheated and vaporized the cables just ahead of the fireball, resulting in the "spike" effects.

The expanding fireball and shockwave of the Trinity explosion, seen .025 seconds after detonation on July 16, 1945.

Need some help IDing the people on Kraven's wall. I recognise Spider-Man, Wolverine and the Black Panther but who are the others?

The guy in the top middle looks like Falcon. Bottom left looks like Beast or just be another version of Wolvie.

Ah, Beast. Could be. I thought he was an alternate reality Wolverine or something. I can never keep all of those parallel universe etc characters straight.

^Huh. How on earth would Kraven get the head of a Wolverine from another reality for his wall?
Never mind. Since all of these characters are animals, I'm guessing the girl on the lower right is probably Tigra. I think she's got sharp teeth.

Its an X-Men character. It doesnt have to make sense.

Yeah I watched the movie with Zowie Bowie himself Mr Duncan Jones. I went to a Q&A with him in London.

DNA wasn't a factor.

but wasnt it important that he was genetically similar to the man that died in the train wreck?

It wasn't "genetically similar" it was physically similar, hight, body build and age. Never did they say genetically in the movie.

Ahhh.... And if only you could count. :p

There are 4 strings. That 5th peg you see on the headstock is the tree to keep the higher string(s) from slipping out of the nut when played.

And technically, it looks like a mash up of a P bass and Jazz bass...pick guard shape of the jazz and pickup style of the P.

That aside, the correct guitar could not save this picture, IMO, it's terrible...

You are correct, it is a string tree. I never think in terms of those because Fenders with the straight headstock require them while I prefer guitars with an angle on the headstock ... downforce.
