I read about the Broadway play last year, and it seems to be a real passion project of the cast. Glad that it is now a streaming movie (which is decidedly more accessible to middle class than Broadway) and still retains the cast.

Gay man of color (black man) I am happy to see so many queer actors or characters on screens however I wish queer POC would have their stories told. The lgbtq+ ️‍ community is a melting pot of ppl from different cultures and it needs to be showcased. It’s kind of frustrating to see one token black man or latino man, gay ppl we are so dynamic and it needs to be shown. Other than that I do plan on watching this I am fans of these talented actors.
