Is anyone else absolutely addicted to the Food Network? Giada De Laurentiis, Paula Deen, those crazy cakes they design on Challenge, creative contests like Iron Chef and Chopped, Alton Brown. Guy Fieri's sandblasted hair bothers the hell out of me, but he's not bad either.

This network is good at making my mouth water, and the cooks make some of the dishes look so easy to make.

Damn, Giada DeLaurentiis is hot. But Sandra Lee's the only person on Food Network whose sister (Kimber Lee) is named after one of the members of Jem and the Holograms, or a police-issue handgun of the same name.

Only time I really watch Food Network is for Giada. Such a lovely woman... :heart::heart::heart:

My grandmother though, she watches the channel religiously. Iron Chef, Booby Flay, Emeril, Rachel Ray, all of the shows.

I seem to have developed a similar habit to my step-grandmother (my step-mom's mom), in that we both eat while watching the Food Network. It doesn't matter what we're eating; we will finish an entire meal while watching someone on TV cook something else entirely.

Mario Batali is Food Network's version of Thor, while Giada DeLaurentiis is the Scarlet Witch of cooking!

but I do think that Bobby Flay and Paula Deen could pass for Spider-Man and Aunt May in the Food Network Universe.

I'm not really into Italian cooking that much, I mean I love ravioli and lasagna, but as far as Giada, the Italian girl, I really love her low cut shirts.

I watch that a lot.

Unwrapped is the ****! I also am obssesed with Rachel Ray don't ask me why but I used to like her more before she got really big but I still watch her on occasion.

Same here. I've caught a few episodes of Food Detectives with Queer Eye's Ted Allen, it's a fairly entertaining informative show.

I agree, I also think the channel had better shows a few years ago. I really liked FN when we first started getting it in my area about 6-7 years ago.

my favorite show is called dine in or drive thur. it has guy who did tgif commericals. he goes around different citys and try out Different restruns. they got some pretty big food on that show.

Just throwing it out there... Anyone else get really annoyed by Paula Deen? I think she plays up on being Southern way too much. That's just the vibe I've gotten any time I've watched some of her show. Anytime I hear her name I just picture her saying, "Butter ya'll!".
