"and Hark! a Kokusai Ku-7 Manazuru! a most exuberant huzzah!"Hey, Check it out! It's a Columba livia!"
"Otherwise known as a Rock Pigeon?"
"You know it, buddy!"
*High-fives and Champagne glasses clanging all around*
Well played.
LOL, good question
This is only true when it's a woman asking a man. If it's a guy asking someone else, we're basically saying, "I'm gonna get something to eat, if you want to join me, that's cool, but you're paying for your own food."
Not true. I had a male friend who used to pull this trick on a lot of us and I really hated him for it. We would pass by a McDonald's and he would try to convince one of us that we were hungry and should buy something, and if we did, he'd say he'll pay us back later for food, but he never did. This is only true when it's a woman asking a man. THAT MAN WAS NOT A MAN AT ALL!![]()
I really wish he would've kept those tricks just for school. The first time he used it was he convinced me to buy a new suit because we passed by a store that was having a sale where you buy 2 for $125. I wasn't going to buy anything until he promised to pay me back if we went half and half so we could each get one. I paid for them both with my credit card (which ended up getting me into serious debt just in time for Christmas), but to this day, he still has not paid me back. Needless to say, we are no longer friends.I hate that sort of tricks

That was a great alternate scene from Spider-Man 2. Too bad Raimi and co. had to delete it.![]()
