While for me the simpsons is not funny anymore i really liked the above simpsons photos, as i personally think its time they aged the characters as it'd give them more options storywise.

A friend of mine really got me into the show last season. I saw every episode during the winter hiatus. But I have not watched one episode since Carell's departure and I don't really plan to anytime soon. The reruns on TBS after Conan are good enough for me.

You're doing the wise thing. The show had been slowly declining even when Carrell was in it, but this is just ridiculous.

I read a realistic take on the Simpsons. It was actually pretty good , but a bit depressing. Too bad the guy hasn't updated it in months though.
