She's blinding him with her hair.

Yeah, in that scene it is NOT supposed to be her hitting him with her head. It clearly shows her using her hair and includes the appropriate sound effect close to a bullwhip cracking.

Although that scenario is equally ridiculous as them possibly missing it in editing
