He punches the first two out of the way without touching the razors (he hits the sides of them instead). He didn't expect one to fly back though.

Yeah, he didn't expect it. It's not like Spider-Man has a superpower that warns him when something is about to hurt him. Oh. Wait.

I love that fight scene, but that has always bugged me. He just sits there while it slices his arm.

If his Spider-Sense was perfect, would he ever get hurt? He's in the middle of a fire, with a ton of stuff flying at him... I don't know how much his sense would really help in that situation.
