no idea, from what I just found from Google, the driver was fired from the RTA (the bus system) he was also facing assault charges and the woman was facing disorderly conduct charges. Don't know if those have been settled in court yet or not.

edit: did a little more digging, he was found guity with the assault chage (not sure the terms of the charge but it was up to $1000 in fines and 6 months jail, but I highly doubt those were enforced.) and the woman was found guilty of disorderly conduct.
