One of the more memorable Lockup episodes. That guy claimed to be the Secretary of Defense for some Blood organization, to which another Blood member said there was no such thing. He was a lot of talk and made for a good featured inmate.

He then told a female inmate, she was "thicker than a bowl of oatmeal" as they were waiting to each be seen by the judge. If memory serves, she was quite thick.
