Who's dem?

Diem was a "reality tv" star who battled cancer since she was about 23. she beat it twice and it came back a third time and sadly lost her battle yesterday.

she started the charity MedGift, wrote for People and she chronicled her battle and journey with cancer to help others. I admired her a lot. I've followed her story for almost a decade now.
