That sucks, there's a lot of foreign films that are just as good as Hollywood blockbusters. (Troll Hunter, I Saw The Devil, [REC], Let the Right one In, ect)

How about some consistency and ban both or neither. Cuz that's about the finest splitting of a hair I've ever seen.

I'm fine with rules, so long as there's consistency. And that'll be my only comment on the issue.
