It could use the scene that was the biggest hint of him becoming the "Winter Soldier"

When Cap rescues Bucky we see him strapped to a chair with his eyes wide open, muttering to himself. When I saw that I INSTANTLY knew they were gonna do "Winter Soldier" in the sequel lol

Anyone know a good site/program to save YouTube videos in the .mov format.

The one I was using shut down. That's how I make alot of GIFs and people's Avatar Requests.

I really wanted to make a new Avvy from this new Dr. Doom video but cant find a good program
