I love CGI, because it's the grown-up equivalent of tying a towel around your neck and pretending to be Superman. I would love to put on a mo-cap suit and pretend to be Iron Man. I'd even make the repulsor noises.

I always wondered how they did the Iron Man suit. There were a few cases whee I was convinced that there was an actual suit that Downey was wearing, but I couldn't understand how the mask worked.

There are practical suits that are used, and even a practical mask that can open and close. I think the first IM flick had the most of the real suits in it, and most of the time it wasn't Downey in them.
