Technically this really doesn't count because (correct me if I'm wrong) Jolie hasn't actually popped one out. And from what I hear that really takes a toll on your body. So she has never had to gain the 40 lbs. or so needed to support a growing child and then have to lose it afterwards. So Pfeiffer should win by default???
