That message is perpetually and continually in the lower left hand corner of my web browser these days. For the last several weeks, the response and load times have gotten incredibly, almost unbearably slow, here. What's going on that's causing this and are there any plans to remedy it?

Yeah its starting to get on my nerves, sometimes i can click post reply, go for a shower and its still trying to post it.... Horrid server speeds.

Malice normally fixes stuff like this. but hes not around

yeah me too, ive been having issues with my isp and i have to keep checking on other sites

It's better for me at the moment but yeah it was dragging bad yesterday.

Occasionally the speed gets better for a little bit, but 90% of the time the site is dog slow. At any rate, there's definitely an indication that something is going wrong somewhere in the system.

Pretty much all the other sites I frequent have been normal, but in the past week or so, SHH! has been slowing down considerably.

Yep, I noticed some minor slowdown around the time Ghost Rider came out and since the new SM3 trailer and 300, it's gotten pretty bad.

Lots more traffic of course, but it would be nice if all these new people stayed here instead of getting annoyed by the lag and going somewhere else.

I agree that this site is running like garbage. I've found myself coming here less and less because of it. Something really needs to be done before everyone just gets pissed off and leaves for good.

My first guess would be that he was specifically talking about the problem in the post he quoted. I'm no rocket surgeon or anything, but that seems logical to me.

For the record, I didn't intend this thread to become a b1tch and moan session. Just a place for people to report what they're seeing so that Mirko and the Admin's can work with their hosting service to figure out what's going wrong. If you're just here to complain, go away. If you want to confirm that you're having issues and maybe contribute something in the way of a description of the issues you're seeing, then that's awesome because it will help them fix the problems that much faster.

I swear to god, you can't be on this site for more than ten minutes any more without getting an error of some kind. Plus there is a lag from hell. What is going on? Its been like this for a few weeks now. And its not my connection because every other site works fine...so may I ask why the Hype is experiencing so many difficulties?
