i was cleaning my room and took a look at one of my old regents exam book..... god damn was I smart...

too bad I hated school.... no regrets.. I've come to terms with making more money in 3 days than I did working 5 days in corporate.

I came into this business to meet women, make money, make contacts and most of all start a bar...

I've done 3 of those already.... the 4th is gonna take me a few years but I've already got investors... and people waiting for me to open my own place up.

this probably won't come out right but when I do open up my bar... there's gonna be one major rule... women bartenders only...

if it's one thing I've learned in this industry.. women = money.. tips and liquor wise...

ugh.. coyote ugly is so ****ing lame.... the original here is so freaking trashy.. I can't imagine the fake ones around the country... with the purposely stained pissed walls.... and the pre-ordered graffitti'ed bathrooms.

think of it this way... managers get tip outs from the waitresses and bartenders.... you get a flat rate pay then get paid to just watch people work...

your masters will just make them respect you more.

one thing I've learned about bartending in the east village... mid town sucks...

a month ago I went with some friends to a steak dinner and it happened to be right by my old favorite bar... I hadn't been there in months... and I realized how ****ing lame it was....

If you're ever around 48th and 8th stop by this Bar named Social... it's 3 floors... and it gets crowded as hell on a Friday night but it's no longer my scene... I live for the comforts of Alpabet City.. where everybody knows my name.

I have two papers due tomorrow and they aren't close to being done yet...and it's nearly 1 a.m. right now. I procrastinate with everything. I guess you could say it's a big problem I have. I barely have a work ethic or any kind of study habit anymore. I blame my computer. Too many stuff to do on it besides what I need to do.
