Did you consider that you could actually charge people to use that place.

I have one of these old rear projection TV's which at 50" is great for watching films but you're not allowed to play games on it (which was actually my main reason for buying it).

YEAH, BUT THAT WOULD BE ILLEGAL, AND THE $500K FINE WOULD CAUSE ME TO LOSE MY WHOLE HOUSE.


WELL, YOU CAN PLAY GAMES ON AN OLD RP T.V., BUT THEY ARE VERY SUSCEPTIBLE TO BURN IN, AND WON'T LAST LONG WITH REGULAR GAMING.

ARE YOU SERIOUSLY MOVING TO KY ? NO, THE ENTIRE STATE DOESN'T REALLY SUCK (WELL, MAYBE IT DOES), BUT MADISONVILLE SURE AS F*** DOES. THAT'S WHY WE'VE INVESTED THE $$ IN OUR HOUSE TO MAKE IT AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE; THERE'S REALLY NOTHING TO DO HERE. THE NEAREST MALL IS AN HOUR AWAY.

LOUISVILLE OR LEXINGTON ARE THE 2 BEST PLACES TO LIVE IN KY.........OR EVEN BETTER, IN THE SUBURBS OF EITHER ONE. BUT, WITH THAT, COMES MUCH HIGHER PROPERTY COSTS. OUR HOUSE ONLY COST US $80K, 7 YEARS AGO, AND IS NOW WORTH ABOUT $95K (NOT INCLUDING THE ADDED VALUE OF THE IMPROVEMENTS WE'VE MADE). A SIMILAR HOUSE, ON THE SAME 3/4 ACRE OF PROPERTY, IN A NICE SUBURB OF L'VILLE OR LEXINGTON, WOULD BE TWICE THAT MUCH, IF NOT MORE.
