I think that the costume (pictured below) really just needs the chest piece to be update like you have in your work in progress.

One thing I like about this costume, beside looking like something a warrior would wear, is it doesn't have all of the stupid Ws everywhere. I know she's Wonder Woman, you don't need to have Ws everywhere to prove it.

One thing I like about this costume, beside looking like something a warrior would wear, is it doesn't have all of the stupid Ws everywhere. I know she's Wonder Woman, you don't need to have Ws everywhere to prove it.

Exactly, this costume right here is a hundred times better, even the tiara looks better. Though to be fair, I think that they are consciously trying to move away from the Amazonian Warrioress angle with the current series and establish her primarily as an urban superhero before moving on to more Amazonian fantasy. Still, it would be nice to see this costume used for when the series does delve into Themyscira or something like that.

I have a question though - exactly where do you see "stupid Ws" on the current costume? :| I see dumb red plastic stars, but Ws?

With the W's I guess I see them in the arm bands, boots, and I know it may be a stretch but I also kinda see them in the chest piece and belt. I think it was done intentionally. See the pic below for an example of what I see.
