The Voice Actors haven't been chosen yet.
Supposedly Peter Cullen (Optimus Prime, Ironhide) & Frank Welker (Megatron, Soundwave, Skywarp, and Others) are going to be given a voice test to see if they can reprise their roles.

stright from the producer's mouth the voice of Prime will be the man who voiced prime from the original Transformers 1980's cartoon. it was on comic con.

Also the so called screen test footage is fake. the transformer don't look like their cartoon counterparts they have a much more realistic look to them.
