I've dislocated my shoulder 7 times, no incidents in the last 2 years. I have ripped cartliage, torn ligaments, and my sweat glands have deteriorated. I have strengthened all the muscles around the area to help compensate for it and things have been good at this point. My doctor and the specialist told me I would have to strengthen it even more just to consider surgery, but I have heard bad things about surgery.

oh man this sucks! I asked for no pickles on my Burger and the stupid guy at the counter didn't take down the order right and now my Burger tastes like pickles.
