I just colored that piece, the artist is Jared DuVall he is a DCG staff member.

Holy **** that is so freaking awesome looking you must finish this now! Can i help and give ideas i love darkhawk he's like might second favorite underused character right behind moonknight.

Even though it's cannon for him to have one guantlet i always thought it would be cool to have one on the right arm that could either fire an offensive weapon or become a shield but not both at the same time. I know the gem on his chest fired a beam later on but i didn't like that. I also thought if he could fire a beam out of his visor and a gauntlet for a hard light shield that would be cool. I always considered the gem his power source like a battery but not offensive.

Also do you know his status wasn't he granted the full amulet after he beat and escaped the alien dude who had the other shards?

This is new Dark Hawk the suit is a prototype He won't have the powers as the first one.

I decided to give the X-Men pic in onslaught's thread a try got Wolverine done and started beast. What do you think so far.
