Tivo bad on ratings?

I know the ratings are GREAT for Heroes...but I noticed that in the latest commercial for this monday's episode it says "Don't wait till the morning to find out!"

Which really seems to me like a "Don't use tivo!! Watch it live!!"

I wonder if it hurts their ratings? I don't think ive watched anything live in a long time...

I think they mean don't wait to hear everyone talking about it to find out what happens. I wish NBC would fix their scheduling so it doesn't cut off next weeks preview. I went two weeks missing that before I set it to record an extra 10 minutes.

I remember someone talking on the smallville boards that TV does not. Count. It really shoul'dnt. Because rating are mainly for commerical ads and if you Tivo it your going to skip the commericials. SO i dont think they count Tivo

I just wait till tuesday morning and watch it on their website, seams to work pretty good. They only make you sit through one comercial at a time. and I can go back to watch the parts I liked. I call it the "poor-man's tivo."
