Tommy Boy and Black Sheep

It is true that most SNL/Lorne Michaels' produced movies suck. However, there are some exceptions like Wayne's World, Mean Girls, of course the two Chris Farley-David Spade classics, Tommy Boy and Black Sheep. I love these two movies. They are funny but very sweet and cute at the same time. It kinda reflects Chris Farley if you think about it.

Eberts horrible review for Tommy Boy (and similar modern classics like Billy Madison) is one of the reasons I think he lacks credibility so much when it comes to anything comedic.

Planes, Trains & Automobiles is one of his favourites.

Loved Tommy Boy, Black Sheep is good more of a rental.

I like Ebert, but yeah, everytime I disagree with him the first thing that pops into my mind is that he's the guy who wrote Beyond the Valley of the Dolls.

i never liked either movie as a whole, but only because farley was in them... kind of like some of will ferrell's movies that sucked, except for his scenes.

I love watching comedies from the 90s because Chris Farley use to pop up iin cameos everywhere... My favorite is "Dirty Work" *SP where he releases skunks into the theatre.

David Spade has been irrelevant since Farley's passing. Saw Benchwarmers recently, and that was terrible. Except for Joe Dirt, Spade hasn't really done anything funny since Black Sheep.

I loved the movie Tommy Boy. Black Sheep wasn't terrible, but Tommy Boy was better.

Tommy Boy was better because it was the original. Black Sheep was pretty much a remake of Tommy Boy.
